Transportation and mobility featured prominently in the draft legislative agenda. Staff recommended FY29 funding to continue Greater Hartford Transit District (GHTD) paratransit and microtransit programs and to expand microtransit eligibility into additional corridors to reach more rural communities along routes such as Route 44 and Route 6.
