Max Freedom Friedman of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM) demonstrated the organization's redesigned salary survey and a new CCM Salary Navigator during the committee meeting. The tool lets towns upload data from their HR systems or fill a spreadsheet for upload, create peer cohorts for comparison, browse job descriptions and salary schedules, and export charts and lists. "We're hoping we get a lot more participation this year because of that," Max said, urging members to submit data.
