The full story
During public comment, resident Ruth Nash reported that an ornate mirror had been removed from the community building and not replaced and asked the council to update the rental agreement to prohibit moving or removing items, including "mirrors, wall decorations and drapes/curtains." Nash also said that the person in charge of the last co-op meeting had not obtained the key from city hall but someone located a key so the meeting could proceed, and she asked whether the council could give a key to the co-op president and make that person responsible for unlocking and relocking the building. Mayor Walker and the council were recorded as agreeable to the suggestion.
