Council agrees to schedule charter update workshop after holidays

During discussion of the charter update Council members agreed that proposed changes will require a dedicated workshop before the council meets with the attorney for final review. Because of the holidays the council decided to defer scheduling and hold the workshop after the beginning of the next calendar year.
