Mayor: Rivara Homes open house planned as Front Step reports initial sales and occupancy
Mayor Mary Davis announced an open house for the Rivara Homes Community Land Trust project (1120 Charlotte St.) and reported that nine condominiums have sold, three are under contract and 15 remain available in phase one.

Mayor Mary Davis used council comments time to update the meeting on Rivara Homes, a Community Land Trust project developed with Front Step and Pier West Realty. She said the city invested in infrastructure and workforce homes and invited the public to an open house the next day at 1120 Charlotte Street from 4 to 7 p.m.
