Perry County work group reviews progress on 'Picture Perry' comprehensive plan
Tri‑County planners told the Perry County Picture Perry housing work group that 23 of the county's 30 municipalities are participating in the multi‑jurisdictional comprehensive plan and that the program uses annual amendment cycles to keep projects current.

Jason Finery, Perry County planning coordinator and staff lead for the Picture Perry effort, opened the session and summarized the program’s origins and purpose. He said the county began assembling the Picture Perry plan leading into 2020 and continues to accept project submissions for annual amendment cycles so municipalities can evaluate and adopt relevant projects. "We started really kind of going to work on Picture Perry like leading into 2020 through 2020," Finery said.
