Licensing unit reports processing gains; Connect outreach underway
Licensing staff said the bureau approved 12 new full applications in Q4 (46 for the year) and processed hundreds of exemption verifications and change requests; outreach to institutions to register representatives on Connect produced roughly 13 contacts since late July.

Deputy bureau chief Manila Vongmi presented license-processing results and system rollout details. Vongmi reported "we approved 12 new full applications bringing our fiscal year total to 46" and noted a reduction in pending full-approval applications. Most application volume came from exemption verifications (261) and change requests (167) in the fiscal year.
