The Rapho Township Board of Supervisors reconvened a continued conditional use hearing on Sept. 8 for Mount Joy Partners LP’s Donegal Square proposal and heard a revised site plan from the applicants and their consultants. Applicant counsel Claudia Shank reintroduced the team and distributed a revised plan; the board asked detailed questions about parking, emergency access and changes to building footprints and uses.
