ETP staff outlined scenarios that require contractors to notify ETP and request modifications: adding affiliates that were not part of the original contract development, changes in ownership of the main contractor, and adding new facilities with different ownership. "If you are wishing that those entities also participate in your ETP agreement, make us made aware of these changes so we can properly amend and modify your contract to include these new affiliates," the presenter said.
