City Manager Josh Hansen presented a fifth addendum to the service and management agreements with the Sidney Area Solid Waste Agency that recognizes the agency’s intent to issue solid-waste facilities revenue bonds (Series 2026) in principal amounts not to exceed $2.4 million. The addendum would extend agreement terms as needed to support the financing and the construction of cells three and five at the regional disposal facility.
