The Vergennes City Council on Sept. 8 authorized City staff to submit a pre-application to the Vermont Outdoor Recreation Economic Collaborative (VOREC) Community Grant Program to support a proposed Pavilion Project. Robyn Newton presented the grant opportunity and the council approved the authorization; the vote was recorded as "Approved 5-0 with Alderman Daniels abstaining."
