Planning Board notes state moratorium on large-scale data centers and publicizes trainings

At the June 11 meeting Livingston County Planning staff and the board shared a set of communications and local announcements. Planner Ted Griswold told members the New York State Legislature passed a one-year moratorium on permits for large-scale data centers; the bill awaited the governor’s signature. Staff also announced two training opportunities: LET’S Plan! on June 16 ("Basics of Zoning") and Housing 360 on June 24 ("Dealing with Vacant Properties").
