The Board adopted a resolution June 30 establishing an 8% allocation to Title II and 7% to Title III under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act (PL 117-58). The Clerk-Recorder explained the county must submit the required federal SRS form indicating its election to receive SRS funding, and Chair Paul Roen said the proposed split aligns with federal requirements and common county practice.
