The Livingston County Planning Board voted to approve Zoning Referral #2026-006 — a site plan and special-use permit for a feed blending facility on Bruckel Drive in the Town of Avon — with staff advisory comments. The motion was made by Cathie Gehrig, seconded by Keith Stein, and carried 18-0-1; Chairman Clara Mulligan recused and abstained.
