Tracy Ginsburg told members that the state will shift toward in‑year ADA reporting that affects cash flow and special‑education funding. "On September 1, you should have already gotten your payments... 1st 6 weeks of attendance data is due October 8," she said, adding that a second 6‑week submission is due Dec. 3 and that TEA will "settle up with your special ed dollars, no later than September 27."
