Procterville mayor asks commissioners for grant support, outlines park accessibility projects

Commissioners introduced Bill, mayor of Procterville, who described local priorities and asked the county to consider grant opportunities for village projects. The mayor said revenue has improved since a local dispensary opened: "Things have gotten a little bit better since our dispensary came in," he said, and added the village has used some of the revenue to fund blacktop and park improvements.
