City staff provided an update on the municipality's finances, reporting that the general fund balance stood at roughly $994,918 and that revenues were running at about 88% while expenditures were near 84%. "Bank analysis, general fund is at 994,918," the staff member reported, and staff said cash reserves and several restricted funds were also enumerated.
