Dispatch Supervisor Julia Day presented a May activity report covering types and numbers of calls, staffing updates and operational concerns. Day specifically raised a request to increase the SDRS retirement match to Class B for dispatchers in South Dakota and informed the Board that any change would require participation by all PSAPs.
