Staff presented the official ballot for the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool board of trustees and recommended four candidates: Cara Dean Neal Jr. (Place 1), Emily Crawford (Place 2), Garrett Spradling (Place 3) and Isaac Cartwell (Place 4). Staff noted the candidates are city managers from various Texas cities and recommended that Muleshoe cast votes for the four places on the ballot.
