Tom Sadowski of Medco described an outreach process that produced more than a dozen responses to an expression of interest for five Pimlico outparcels totalling about 11 acres. He said Medco shared proposals with leadership of the Pimlico Community Advisory Board (PCAB), asked them to rank uses, and intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) that emphasizes preferred uses, open space, and developer community engagement.
