Clerk of Courts Tracey Herrington told the Board that PlatBook #12 has deteriorated from repeated folding and requires offsite restoration; she presented a Kofile quote of $18,049.70 and said Kofile is used by other clerks for document restoration. Commissioners approved the PlatBook #12 restoration; one-half of the cost is due at pickup and the remainder upon completion. The motion carried unanimously.
