The advisory committee to the Texas Funeral Service Commission met July 3 and was told by staff that the proposed chapter 206 amendments will be published in the Texas Register in two tranches, with an initial posting and a larger set to follow the next week. Chair Charles Folton opened the meeting saying, “We have a quorum. I'm going to call the meeting to order. It's 9:01.”
