District previews fall curriculum changes and summer professional development
Pembroke staff told the committee that teachers attended AP institutes, language workshops, and Project Lead The Way training; a new digital photography course will debut and the district will pilot UFLI reading supports for grade 3.

Rebecca and Mary Beth reported summer curriculum and professional development updates to the School Committee on Aug. 18. Staff said six teachers attended AP summer institutes (including French and Spanish), several middle‑school teachers completed Project Lead The Way training, and a new digital photography course will be offered at the high school this fall.
