The Butte County Planning Commission unanimously denied the Final Plat for Lot 1 Revised of Eaton Subdivision on June 9, 2026. Planning Board member Tom Brunner moved "to deny the Final Plat at this time," the motion was seconded by Bill O'Dea, and the commission recorded a unanimous vote to carry the denial.
