At the meeting Jim Weaver described recurring flooding behind homes on County Line Road that he traced to pump-station discharges from the Helderberg Meadows development and to trenching near rail tracks. He said the water now inundates yards and a pole barn and described a 15-foot rise in water where it once measured one foot.
