Local Planning Agency recommends code changes to RM-30 development regulations

The Local Planning Agency read an ordinance amending section 30-105 of the Village Code concerning development regulations and development-incentive bonuses within the RM-30 multifamily district. The clerk read the ordinance title into the record: "The last, ordinance of the village of Key Biscayne, Florida amending section 30 dash 1 0 5 of the village code of ordinances relating to development regulations and development incentive bonuses within the RM 30 multiple family district, providing for severability, providing for codification, providing for conflicts and providing for an effective date."
