Resident's request for bulkhead reimbursement denied by commissioners
Lane Miner asked the court to reimburse repairs to a private bulkhead protecting a county road; after discussion of prior county actions and engineering concerns, the court did not move to reimburse and the request failed for lack of motion.

Resident Lane Miner presented photos and argued a repaired bulkhead on LCR 758 protects a county road and therefore merited county reimbursement. Miner said without the bulkhead "there would not be a county road."
