Staff introduced Dan Brown as the sole applicant for the open voting seat on the Historic Preservation Commission; Brown (speaker 15) described his background in historic preservation and local engagement. Tom (speaker 3) moved to appoint him and Mackenzie (speaker 4) seconded; the council approved the appointment by voice vote.
