The applicant for the 50 JetView Drive project withdrew the proposed telecom-tower setback variance after revising the building footprint to remove the portion of the addition inside the tower-fall radius; the board did not vote on a telecom-tower variance because it was withdrawn.

During the hearing for XLI Manufacturing’s expansion, the chair confirmed that the applicant withdrew the proposed telecom-tower setback variance (letter E) after revising the site plan to remove the portion of the building within the tower-fall zone. "One of them, letter e with the telecom tower... that's going to be removed," Chair Adam Cummings said when introducing the application.
