The County Clerk asked the board to support implementing an interactive online training program aimed at the county’s nearly 500 election inspectors to satisfy the training requirement of MCL 168.683. "Approving this new online program would change that. This would be an interactive and accessible online training that allows inspectors to complete this training at their convenience at their pace," the Clerk said, adding the program includes videos, knowledge checks, quizzes and certification tracking.
