Council approves permits, licenses, donations and routine finance items in unanimous votes

In a series of consent and routine actions, the Kiel City Council approved a special-event permit for St. Peter's United Church of Christ's Oktoberfest (Sept. 19, 2026), a temporary Class B license for the Kiel community picnic, a Class A license for Kiel Amoco, accepted Sargento donations totalling $10,976, and approved receipts/disbursements and bills—all by 5–0 votes.
