Plantersville issues proclamation recognizing April as Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month
The board received a presentation from Tanya Tullos of the Grimes County Child Welfare Board and Mayor Kim Allphin read and issued a proclamation declaring April 2026 as Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month; a public ceremony is scheduled for April 1 at the Grimes County Justice Center.
