The district presented updated, state-required crisis plans that follow FEMA and NIMS guidance and described a new behavioral threat-assessment task force of roughly 14 members charged with harmonizing threat assessment and response across schools.

The district presented updated crisis plans for the 2026–27 school year that staff said follow an all-hazards model and align with FEMA and the National Incident Management System. "This year, we've also were able to include information from the school survey of climate and working conditions," the presenter said, noting that early receipt of that survey allowed staff to incorporate local findings into the plan.
