Fred DiRisio told trustees that the village's current meter reader failed in June and staff had to borrow the Village of Elbridge's reader to complete billing; he said the existing reader was outdated and the software was no longer supported. Ti Sales quoted $14,309.69 for a Neptune 360 meter reader and software to replace the obsolete equipment and program.
