Select Board reviews expanded strategic plan and AI-driven project spreadsheet

Staff presented the select board with an updated strategic plan that now lists 127 projects across departments and includes an addendum of prioritized items. To make the plan more actionable, staff used an AI-assisted spreadsheet to assign projects to departments and produce printable lists for each department. "I was able to with the assistance of AI put together a spreadsheet that breaks everything down as you see it by the department," the town manager said, noting the intent is to make project lists easier to adopt into annual work plans.
