State Water Board says EPA data fetch problems led to incomplete DMRs; resolution pending
Presenters explained that an XML exchange with EPA failed to generate complete DMRs for some past periods, that recent progress produced more complete datasets, and that management and EPA must decide how to resolve earlier missing DMRs.

Ross Ergonomi told attendees there was a problem fetching Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) from EPA because the XML file that populates the DMR form was not being generated or only produced partial data. "So, there was an issue with um fetching the DMRs... that XML file um was not being generated," he said, describing the root technical cause.
