Sergeant Holmes told the council that grass-nuisance letters were delivered and/or mailed in early September 2026 and flagged a separate car-nuisance matter at 108 Howard Avenue. Utilities Superintendent Matt Helzer reported that Alpha Utility LLC is assisting Hamilton Telecommunications with boring and has moved to Ord, Nebraska until spring 2027.
