Commissioner Rosa presented a transit study issued in July that reviewed fixed routes, paratransit and recently launched microtransit pilots. Rosa said the county operates about 500,000 miles annually with operating costs near $2 million and highlighted that a recent on‑demand pilot replaced a low‑use fixed route and boosted usage on that corridor from roughly 15–20 riders per day to 60–80.
