A development team from Terrastrada/AWA presented a multi-step proposal that would amend the city general plan, rezone designated parcels and establish a master development agreement to define detailed project standards. "So that's that's the general plan amendment part," the presenter said while explaining that the amendment would expand commercial along the frontage and allow higher-density residential in the rear.
