A councilmember moved to amend resolution 26‑13 to change the set amount to $40,000 and subsequently proposed splitting that amount into two $20,000 transfers (one to gasoline, one to a debit line). After discussion the council rejected the 20k/20k amendment and returned to the original motion, which passed on roll-call.
