Human Services wins approval for multiple software agreements, provider contracts and school-district MOUs

Human Services (Sue) asked the board to approve the AFCARS upgrade and maintenance agreement for FY2026–27, the CY S agreement and the ICAMS provider agreement with Abacus International (rates unchanged from the current year), and a consulting services addendum that lists hourly consultant rates. She also presented MOUs and transportation plans with five area school districts — Conneaut, Crawford Central, Jamestown Area, Penncrest and Titusville Area — to coordinate foster-care transportation; commissioners approved re-signing these agreements that are renewed every three years.
