After reconvening from closed session, Mr. John Bradley moved and Mr. John Morton seconded a motion to approve personnel actions. The board approved appointments of Thomas Ngugi and Cathy Sasano and accepted resignations of Gregory Alexander, Sandra Brinson and Jo DeMoville; the motion carried 4-0.
