The board approved seven consent items listed on the agenda after pulling item #4 for further discussion. Ms. Krystal Arnold moved the motion and Mr. John Morton seconded; the minutes record the motion carried 4-0 with votes in favor from Arnold, Bradley, Davis and Morton.
