Deputy Secretary Stewart Schrog outlined the Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks' five-year capital plan, which contains roughly 129 projects across state parks, fishing lakes, wildlife areas and hatcheries with an estimated total of about $137,900,000. Schrog said the plan emphasizes safety and public access'including dam rehabilitation, bridge inspections, boat ramp repairs, ADA upgrades and recurring statewide lines for roads and emergency repairs.
