District Engineer Charlie Krebs told the board that the South Florida Water Management District approved the drainage improvements and that the Village of Estero issued the construction permits. Krebs said bid documents are finalized and ready for contractors to pick up, and the board discussed advertising, the bid-opening timeline, a mandatory pre-construction meeting and project start timing.
