Charlie Krebs told the River Ridge board that the submittal package for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations is ready for the Village of Estero but checks must be issued by Bowman Incorporated before filing; Memorial Day holiday and month‑end caused processing delays. South Florida Water Management District approval for drainage repairs was received, and a virtual preconstruction meeting with SFWMD and Village officials is scheduled for June 1, 2026.
