The Parks Board voted to acknowledge the department’s pending application to the Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) for substantial development at Seven Streams Park and to authorize signature of required compliance documents. Deputy Director Oldham told the board the LWCF application is due July 31 and staff are finalizing numbers. Board action included authorizing President Stephen Andrews to sign the Certification Regarding Debarment and Suspension, Title VI/Section 504/Age Discrimination assurances, and Build America, Buy America compliance forms.
