Panel staff told members they will prepare drafts of two routine reports — one to the Vermont State Ethics Commission and an end-of-year report to the full House — using the panel's registry of complaint closures as the source material. Staff said the drafts will be circulated to the panel for review and that the reports are due mid-November.
