Staff introduced Resolution 2026‑10 and named Patrick Davidson of Davidson Consulting Solutions as the proposed consultant. The town administrator explained Davidson’s regional experience and said the role will focus on housing needs assessment, market analysis and public engagement in a grant‑funded project. The administrator disclosed that Davidson is the spouse of the town clerk and presented the relationship to the board for transparency.
