The meeting opened with a procedural announcement that the session was being taped and broadcast. Speaker 3, acting as the meeting moderator, read Item 1.2 and told attendees: "Please be aware that our reporting and broadcasting of tonight's meeting is being made and may capture images and or sounds of those attending tonight's meeting."
